Quick answers to the most common questions about the BIDUA 3D Space Planner.
Is the planner free?
Yes. Designing and viewing in 3D is completely free. Create an account to save your designs so you can reuse and edit them anytime.
How many designs can I save?
Every account gets 10 saved designs free. Each saved design is permanent — open it, edit it, duplicate it and reuse it as often as you like.
What happens after 10 designs?
When you save an 11th design, you'll be offered an extra design slot for ₹199 (one-time). It's a permanent slot — that design stays in your account just like the free ones. Buy as many extra slots as you need.
How do I pay?
Securely via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net-banking) right inside the planner. The slot is credited the moment payment is confirmed and your design saves automatically.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The planner runs in any modern browser on desktop and mobile. On mobile the panels become slide-over drawers so the canvas stays full-width.
Can I use it on the BIDUA mobile app?
Yes — open My Designs → Open 3D Planner in the app. Sign in inside the planner to save your work.
Will the 3D match the real install?
Yes. Pods are placed to exact real-world dimensions and render footprint-accurate, so what you design is what gets built.
